El Sadat Association conducted a series of informal meetings with youth volunteers and local youth residents of Menofia, who highlighted that unemployment was a large problem they were facing. To meet this need, El Sadat Association formulated a solution with youth to micro-finance a fleet of motor-tricycles.

As well as being empowered with the skills to run their own businesses, the program participants were transformed into role models for other unemployed youth in Monufia.
