The Tahrir Lounge conducted a Future Leaders program, consisting of professional and human development courses geared toward supporting and strengthen youth’s leadership skills, effective communication, strategic planning and enterprise management. The program’s courses aimed to build capacity of young leaders in the Nile Delta. The course objectives were to build the capacity of youth by developing skills needed by young people to maximize their role in society. About 500 young people, men and women, between 18 and 30 years old, participated in the program. The program’s outcome was to present young leaders who are capable of leading the democratic transition in Egypt.
