  Role of the state institutions in promoting the rule of law

The project "Strengthening the rule of law in Egypt during democratization" held two discussion groups titled the role of state institutions in promoting the rule of law, where they reviewed the role of the most important institutions of the state (People's Assembly, Shura Council, localities and government) while explaining the assumed and required role for each of these institutions, the limits of this role and the role of each of these institutions in affirming and strengthening the rule of law and the effectiveness of this role in the legal system of the state.
