Dr. Mansour Muhammad Ahmed (Professor of Public Law at Cairo University) on May 27, and Dr. Baligh Hamdy on May 31, explained the concept of the Constitution, the law, the regulations, and other political and legal concepts that fall within the concept of the rule of law, particularly the concept of the state and sovereignty, and the statement of public authorities in the state; legislative, executive and judicial. The initial panel discussions on legal and political terms, were attended by over 120 lawyers from Menoufia (males and females) over the two days. There was interaction and free discussion between the audience and the lecturer in the workshop, where he clarified the confusion relating to particular concepts and terms.
