Tahrir Lounge hosted a series of training courses, one of which called “Electoral Campaign Management” focused on youth leaders in political parties, coalitions, youth initiatives and political movements. Since the minimum age of those eligible to run in elections has been reduced, the program encouraged participants to nominate themselves. Also expressed, was the importance of the youth’s role during Egypt’s democratic transition. About 500 young leaders from various political parties, coalitions, and youth organizations were the target audience.
