The U.S. Agency for International Development conducted training sessions in documentation and reporting at the headquarters of the project “community participation in local councils” at El-Sadat Association for Development and Social Welfare in 11 & 12 April 2011. They explained some of the points that illustrate reports, their importance, their types and how to prepare them and make sure they are correct. The coordinators provided some suggestions for the report forms. Same thing was also done to explain what documentation is, its uses, the correct methods for documentation, how to save material and how to get the documentary material in an easy and organized way. The purpose is to train the attendees on writing reports and making technical documentation for the projects effectively and accurately.
